Antonella Napoletano che ha agevolato il nostro soggiorno è una persona fantastica, molto disponibile di grande professionalità. Si è messa a totale disposizione ogni giorno e ad ogni ora. We had a wonderful stay with Trulli&dimore and Dimora di Genna. Our Villa was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable, beautiful yard. Close proximity to explore many towns and beaches. Antonella was very helpful with any questions we had and recommendations for the area. Trulli&dimore was always ready to help! Highly recommend.

We stayed at Trullo Roverello, booking with ease through the Plum Guide. Our stay in Puglia was managed very efficiently by the lovely girls at Trulli&Dimore. Sofia contacted us initially, gave us information and put us in touch with her colleague Antonella who met us and took us to our Trullo. The trullo and pool area were gorgeous, the perfect holiday home and Antonella gave us a wealth of information about all the facilities, the local area, places to visit and restaurants to try and was happy to make any reservations we wanted. Her recommendations were spot on and we had some delicious meals and interesting visits, Antonella was always available on WhatsApp any time of the day or night for help and advise. We loved our holiday at beautiful, relaxing Trullo Roverello, we enjoyed visiting local towns and markets, cooking in the well equipped kitchen, eating in the lovely local restaurants and cafes, a fabulous holiday!

I had an exceptional experience with T&D. The villas were both stunning, private, well equipped and our holiday was perfect. Our two hosts Marco and Antonella were available at all times on watts app and were a delight. I discovered the best gelato I have ever had and was able to find a second villa quickly through T&D when another company failed us!

We had a wonderful time at Optunia, the rooms were well appointed and the grounds were very updated. Thanks for the great stay!

Villa Ricchiari e' molto bella e comoda. L' aria condizionata in ogni stanza rende il soggiorno piacevole anche nelle giornate piu' calde. Il servizio provvisto da Trulli&Dimore e' stato cordiale e rapido. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza e' stata rovinata da una serie di inconvenienti, legati alla proprieta' e al management. Abbiamo trovato lo smaltimento della spazzatura molto oneroso e poco chiaro. Non ci sono state provviste le buste adeguate, e i contenitori erano troppo piccoli. Le donne delle pulizie sono state tutte molto brave ma avevano bisogno di continue istruzioni. Inoltre, si e' verificato un problema con la piscina che non e' stato identificato a tempo debito. Ci era stato garantito che qualcuno sarebbe passato regolarmente ad occuparsi della pulizia della piscina. Non so se cio' sia avvenuto (non ci siamo quasi mai spostati e non mi e' sembrato di vedere nessuno). Verso la fine della nostra permanenza abbiamo notato che il fondo della piscina era sporco e l'acqua torbida e abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi di provvedere alla pulizia. Alla fine si e' scoperto che la pompa era rotta e l'acqua non veniva filtrata da giorni, causando crescita di alghe, cosa che ci ha lasciati piuttosto interdetti e disgustati. Il problema, una volta scoperto, e' stato risolto in giornata. Un' ispezione piu' frequente o da qualcuno piu' esperto, come promesso, avrebbe probabilmente messo in evidenza e risolto il problema molto prima. In conclusione, nonostante la villa sia molto bella e comoda, questi problemi hanno reso la nostra permanenza meno rilassante e piacevole.

We had a great stay at Villa Caterina near Polignano a Mare. The house is very spacious! We were 10 in the family and all of us had a double bedroom and their own bathroom. The house is also very well equipped for a baby. Ask for a safer high chair though if the baby is really young. The house is quite new and we loved the terrace! We had a barbecue every day! The original touch is the access to the beach (it is so close it looks like a private beach at the beginning or end of the day). We also appreciated the fact to be near the most popular sites of Puglia. In one word, it is the perfect place for a big group! Sofia welcomed us very nicely and the agency was very reactive for anything we asked before and during the stay. We highly recommend it!

Very unsatisfactory stay. Find a local to rent from not a big corporation! Cockroaches in the apartment. We arrived on Monday, we asked if we could check-in early or at least drop our luggage off, but check-in was at 4pm so we had to wait around all day until then. We had no prior notice to the parking situation near or around the property and told by the management company to park at the train station which was a 15 min walk to the property. My mother is handicapped, so we tried to drop her off as close as we could. Upon arrival, the wifi worked for 2 hours, it then went out. The television was also connected through the wifi. We did some troubleshooting before inform. They said they would send someone the next day (Tuesday) to fix it. No one came and the internet still was out. Someone came Wednesday (our 2nd full day) to put in a new router, by then we had missed several work related virtual meetings because we didn't have working internet. This was a big disappointment as we booked the property believing we would have working internet. The management had very little sympathy and suggested we go to a bar to use wifi. We I expressed my dissatisfaction they made me feel like I was overreacting and the manner in which they spoke to me was as if talking down to me. I felt taking advantage of as an non-Italian speaking tourist. As a vacation rental property owner myself, I explained to them that if something doesn't work or is broken, in principal they should immediately fix it or offer a discount. They refused time and time again, until I was boarding my plane to leave when they called to apologize and offer me a late check-out! It should be noted that when renting this property you are renting from a large corporation and not a small business owner directly, and that is the feel, big corporation. With regards to the garbage situation. We were told to leave it on the street in the morning. At 8am I went to leave the garbage and recycling on the street. I was quickly yelled at by several Italians sticking their heads out the window. I later found out the garbage must be left out the night before for early pick up. So upon departure this wasn't possible to take the last garbage bag out because it was past the pick up time. There was a 150EUR cleaning fee which I assumed covered turning over bedding and cleaning the kitchen, but was told later we left the apartment unclean. We asked on check-in to please charge the city tax to our account as we didn't have cash on us at the time. They insisted on cash. This was very suspicious. They charged the city tax to our final bill. There were cockroaches in the apartment.
